- Angie, GalleyTek Sales Director and chef extraordinaire, put together a scrumptious four course lunch
- Jamie Horton, Founder and interiors specialist, provided stunning tableware and the most elegant crystal to complete the perfect table set-up.

Paired with Cune 2014 Spanish rosada
Beef fillet Slow cooked with herb Mushroom sauté and parsnip and turnip crème and Crepe with foie and bacon. Poured Mushroom jus, sauce bruin.
Paired with a full bodied 'Three Palms Vineyard' Merlot 2012 by Duckhorn Vineyards Napa Valley
