General Manager 

Andrew Azzopardi is the General Manager responsible for the overall performance of the company. He has several years of experience in the tourism industry with focus on food and beverage. Andrew had also worked for a few years in the Logistics and freight forwarding industry which this has given him the right skills to combine logistics and superior customer service which is paramount in the super yacht industry. 

Andrew is a long distance open-water swimmer and avid sailor. Though he has little spare time, he loves to cook for family and friends and of course enjoy a glass of wine. 

Favourite wine of the moment: Mature white Burgundy & Champagne

Charlotte Painter  

Charlotte Painter

Area Manager - Spain

Charlotte Painter has been working in the professional super yacht industry since 1997, during this time Charlotte has been involved in the interior of yachts in the roll as chef & chief Stewardess. Throughout this time she has gained a vast wealth of knowledge in all aspects required to run the Interior of a super yacht. 

Charlotte now bases herself  in Mallorca with her family and manages the day to day operation in Mallorca to supply all your fine wine & provisioning needs 

Favourite drink of the moment: Veuve Clicquot & Minuty '281' Rosé

Wine Specialist - Barcelona

Bence Szabo has spent several years in the hospitality industry in London, where he worked as a sommelier. He has a great understanding of most beverages, but he has developed a real passion for wine over the years.

Here at No12, he is focusing on Barcelona and the Balearics to help our clients find the right bottle.
In his free time, Bence likes canoeing and hiking. He also considers himself a bit of a foodie!

Favourite drink of the moment:  Louis Roederer, Blanc de Blancs Brut & Paul Jaboulet Aine Hermitage Rouge.


Santiago  
Santiago Salas Acevedo
Chef & Food and Provisions Specialist - Mallorca

Santiago is our youngest and newest addition to the team. Having recently graduated with a BA in Gastronomy from the Basque Culinary Centre he has gained fantastic knowledge of quality, different foods, and cooking preparations.
He experience the world of Chefs at the Kabuki Ritz-Carlton and gained insight into the worked of quality purchasing with renowned team of El Barri restaurant group under the guidance of well-known chef Albert Adrià .  

Santiago had originally moved to Mallorca as part of his traineeship with No12 Fine Wines and Provisions and the fit was perfect. Santiago fell in love with Mallorca and industry. He returned to live in Mallorca permanently with his boyfriend and now spearheads the food provisions department in Mallorca.

Michael Tabone
Wine Consultant

Michael Tabone is a wine Educator, Consultant and Importer. He took an interest in wine in 1988 and started working in the industry in 1992. Firstly by setting up a wine importation  company specialising in  the wines of Bordeaux.  A region with family connections.  In 1997 he set up  Malta’s first wine school which at present (2013) has over 200 participants.  He has contributed to a number of wine and food publications and is Malta’s Sunday Times main wine correspondent. He consults a number of restaurants and wine importers and organizes numerous wine functions. 

 Over the years he has built up an impressive connection with wine makers and wine related people mostly in France and Italy.  He is a member of numerous wine organizations but most active as Chancellor for La Jurade de Saint Emilion.

 He spends around 3 months a year in Bordeaux.
